WOODVIEW COMMUNITY CENTRE,
USAGE PROCEDURE
DECORATING AND SETTING UP
- Smoking is not permitted
any where inside Woodview Community Centre.
- Please use masking tape
"only" for decorations
- Pre wedding set ups may be
allowed on Friday evenings, as long as not pre-booked.
- No string, fishing line, or
any other decorations to be attached to the heat defectors.
- No confetti is to be used
inside the hall.
CLEAN UP PROCEDURES
- It is the Renter's
responsibility to make sure the caterer cleans the kitchen.
- Remove all decorations and
ensure no damage has been done to the building.
- Collect and remove all
bottles, glasses, etc.
- Remove all Garbage from the
building to the container at the rear parking lot.
- Damp wipe all tables,
return extra tables and chairs to storage area.
- Leave the tables and chairs
on the sides as they were, chairs stacked.
- Check all washrooms for
cleanliness and garbage.
- Wipe up spills. Mops and
brooms located in the Janitorial closet, next to the food lift.
- Remove any personal items,
rental equipment, license etc. from the hall at the end of the rental.
Woodview will not be responsible for any losses.
If you have requested a cleanup, please give the keys to the Bartender.
Note; if these procedures are not followed, the damage deposit will be
retained for the cost of the cleanup.
