Hockey Chair

This hockey season will feature a welcome change at Woodview Park hockey, well for Donna anyway. At our June Sports meeting, Ernie Martin was elected and welcomed to the position of hockey chair. Ernie is not new to the Woodview hockey scene as he has coached previously for a number of years.

After a few year hiatus Ernie returned to guide a very competitive Woodview PeeWee team this past winter, while at the same time having a double knee transplant, that is committment. Ernie will continue the tradition at Woodview that promises equal play and respect for the individual while having fun learning. It is terrific to have a new volunteer.
